As a manager you would be responsible for opening and closing the store, managing security alarm systems, and overseeing daily operations. Acting as the manager on duty to supervise staff, handle cash drops, and resolve customer issues in the absence of store management.
Security & Access: Opening/closing the store, disarming/arming alarm systems, and securing the building and cash.
Operational Supervision: Leading the team during shifts, managing employee tasks, and covering for managers.
Cash Management: Counting registers, reconciling daily sales, and preparing bank deposits.
Customer Service & Sales: Assisting customers, approving returns, and ensuring store visual standards.
