- Complex hydrologic models and tools.

Statement of Qualifications
A Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) must be submitted along with the State Application and serves as documentation of candidate’s ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing. It should be typed, no more than two (2) pages in length, using Arial 12-point font, and normal margins.
The responses will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each applicant.
1. Describe your technical background. Share your knowledge of and experience with surface water-groundwater models, hydrology, fisheries, and instream flow setting and implementation.
2. Please describe your approach to supervising, mentoring, supporting, and disciplining staff. If you have previous experience as a supervisor or project lead, please provide specific examples.
3. List and provide a brief description of complex and/or controversial project(s) you have worked on, including your role as a technical resource to support the project.
4. Describe your experience working in interagency or interdisciplinary teams; include the team objective, your role in the team, and what made the team succeed or fail in meeting its objective.
