We are seeking a Bilingual English & Spanish speaking qualified professional to join our team for the role of a Licensed Insurance Account Manager to work in our GEICO Treasure Valley local office in Meridian.
As the only GEICO local office in Idaho, we work to grow and retain clients in Idaho and eastern Oregon who entrust their home, auto and other insurance to us. You will have the opportunity to work with a fun and fantastic team of insurance professionals while representing the most recognized brand in insurance.
What you would do in this role:
- Provide outstanding service to existing and potential customers
- Educate clients on auto, home and renter's insurance
- Provide quotes for GEICO’s Portfolio of products
- Service existing accounts and ensure customers make buying decisions armed with the correct
- information
- Identify cross-selling opportunities during customer transactions
What you need:
- P&C Producers license required.
- Prior success in a customer service role
- Up to 75% of your day may be on the phone, a high-energy personality and a love of working with people is a must
- A knack for remembering data and details
- A talent for solving problems
- Strong computer skills to learn and work within multiple computer applications
- Punctual with the ability to work schedules ranging from 9-7 Monday through Friday and occasional weekends.
