What We Are Looking For
We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse and logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate receipt, storage, inventory management, and distribution of products while maintaining a well-organized operation that supports our customers and business goals.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and driving continuous improvement. You'll provide leadership and direction to the warehouse team, oversee inventory accuracy, coordinate with departments across the organization, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Strong communication, effective leadership, and a commitment to safe and efficient warehouse operations are key to success in this role.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred

5+ years of warehouse operations experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role required

Experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, and receiving

Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), including RF-SMART, and ERP software such as Netsuite preferred

Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities

Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety best practices

OSHA, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certifications are a plus
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements:

Must be able to carry, pull, and/or lift up to 70 pounds

Must be able to crouch, grasp, pull, kneel, stoop, and walk to perform certain job functions

Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours

May occasionally be exposed to high or low temperatures and outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind

May operate machinery and/or power tools

The incumbent will be exposed to hazardous fireworks materials
