Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Repairman to join our team and perform a variety of repair tasks. As a repair lead, you will work independently to address repair needs, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of projects. Must have good driving record.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of repair work, including but not limited to roofing, siding, drywall, and general maintenance tasks.
- Assess repair needs and provide accurate estimates for time and materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Maintain communication with the main office or project manager to provide updates on job progress.
- Provide your own tools, equipment, and transportation.
- Drive trailers to Jobs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in repair work and construction-related tasks.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid insurance.
- Must hold applicable licenses or certifications (if required by local laws).
This is a 1099 position.
