We are looking for someone who is a natural Salesman. Someone who leads by example.
Must Haves:
- Ability to improve profit margins by developing new business.
- Ability to develop metrics and processes to streamline operational efficiency.
- Ability to read and understand contracts.
- Technology oriented in pertinent landscape software.
- Remain calm while resolving heated situations.
- Understand our employees are our greatest asset.
- Come up with a game plan to achieve quarterly goals.
- Must have an excellent knowledge of all that goes into landscape maintenance, irrigation, landscape construction.
- Must be organized.
Will report directly to President/Founder. Will receive company truck, phone, and computer.
