We're looking for a creative, organized, and driven individual to take ownership of our digital presence. This is more than a social media position—you'll play a key role in growing our brand by improving our Shopify website, creating engaging content, managing digital advertising, and helping shape our overall marketing strategy.

What You'll Do
As our Shopify & Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll help grow the Press Peel Ship brand through ecommerce, digital marketing, and creative content.
Shopify & Ecommerce
- Manage and improve our Shopify website.
- Update products, collections, landing pages, promotions, banners, and apps.
- Optimize the customer shopping experience and improve website conversions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the website and customer experience.
- Troubleshoot Shopify issues and recommend new tools or integrations when appropriate.
Content Creation & Social Media
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Film and edit short-form videos, educational content, product demonstrations, customer testimonials, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Photograph products, employees, equipment, and company events.
- Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, and our website.
- Write engaging captions and schedule consistent social media content.
- Stay current with social media trends and bring fresh content ideas to the team.
Digital Marketing
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
- Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Assist with SEO and website optimization.
- Track marketing performance using analytics and provide regular reports.
- Continuously look for opportunities to generate more leads and increase online sales.
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Work directly with ownership to develop marketing campaigns and promotional ideas.
- Help launch new products and seasonal promotions.
- Brainstorm creative campaigns that help Press Peel Ship stand out from the competition.
- Bring new ideas, test new strategies, and help build one of the fastest-growing brands in the DTF industry.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with experience in several of the following areas:
- Shopify website management
- Ecommerce marketing
- Social media management
- Short-form video creation
- Photography and videography
- Video editing
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads Manager
- Graphic design using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
- SEO fundamentals
- Strong written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in the apparel decoration, printing, or promotional products industry is a plus, but not required.

Position Details
- Part-Time (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Hybrid position
- Some on-site work is required at our San Jose office for filming, photography, meetings, and content creation.
- Remaining work may be completed remotely with a flexible schedule.
