Location: Olive Branch, Mississippi
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM–9:00 PM
Pay: $17.00/hour + $1.00 shift differential
Full-Time: 40 hours/week
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to support daily warehouse and shipping operations. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, inspecting, and shipping domestic and international orders while maintaining organized and efficient warehouse and shipping areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare domestic and international orders for shipment.
- Verify inventory against picking documents and shipping instructions.
- Conduct inventory and location audits.
- Perform visual inspections of medical devices and instruments for defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping dock and finished goods areas.
- Follow GMP, company procedures, safety guidelines, and detailed written instructions.
- Operate computers and perform basic keyboarding and data-entry functions.
- Operate a company vehicle to transport materials as needed.
- Perform basic math calculations.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Safely perform lifting, standing, stooping, bending, and ladder climbing.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 6 months of shipping, warehouse, or operations experience.
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
- Ability to read and write English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work on your feet and perform physical warehouse duties.
- 20/20 vision or corrected 20/20 vision required.
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
Pay & Schedule:
