We are a 46 year-old family owned freight pick-up and delivery company based in Kent, WA and are actively interviewing for a full-time Operations Support/Customer Service representative for a general work schedule of M-F 7:00am-3:30pm. We specialize in local delivery and pick-up of freight to both commercial and residential locations. Applicants must be motivated, able to multi-task, have great verbal skills, and able to work well with others. Communications and flexibility are vital to the success of the company and is expected from all.
Job Duties will include but not limited to:
Assisting in scheduling and setting deliveries and pickups appointments
Calling customers to confirm addresses and availability times
Preparing documentation for airlines and trucking companies
Answering phones & E-mails
Communicating instructions between customer and drivers
Updating customers via phone or e-mail as to status of freight
Quote customers rates
Help maintain cleanliness of facility.
Job Requirements:
Must have great customer service skills and be a genuine assistance to all
Have good verbal communication skills
Must be highly dependable and detail oriented with ability to manage many tasks Proficient with computers and Microsoft Outlook
Familiarity with local geography Locations, mileage, and trip times
Must be drug free and pass Pre-employment Drug Test and Background Check.
Be flexible in schedule to assist in a fast-paced changing environment
Must speak clear English and be eligible to work in the United States.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
