Position Overview
The Mow Laborer is responsible for assisting the mow crew in completing all lawn maintenance tasks in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner. This position supports the Crew Lead in delivering exceptional service across all assigned properties.
Primary Responsibilities
· Perform mowing, edging, weed-eating, trimming, and blowing with commercial landscaping equipment.
· Assist with loading, unloading, and securing equipment on trucks and trailers.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.
· Follow direction from the Mow Crew Lead to complete all tasks to Pelor standards.
· Report any safety concerns, equipment issues, or property damage immediately.
· Uphold all company safety rules and use proper PPE at all times.
· Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents or clients.
Requirements
· Must be drug free and able to pass a drug test.
· Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions, including heat, rain, and humidity.
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods.
· Reliable transportation to and from the office.
· Ability to work as part of a team and take direction well.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience with commercial mowing equipment.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful.
Pay: $16.00 per hour
