Job Overview:
A steward/ porter is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant. One of the most important roles in the kitchen.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Dish machine operator
- Stock kitchen with serviceware throughout the shift
- Keep the kitchen neat and tidy
- Trash removal
- Keep walk in coolers neat and orderly utilizing the food storage hierarchy
- Property maintenance; maintain a clean property from random debris in the parking lot to stocking and cleaning guest restrooms
- Operate, meeting all health and safety standards
- Being a team player, Teamwork is the collaborative effort of a group to achieve a common goal or to complete a task in the most effective and efficient way.
