Footfall LLC is looking to immediately fill several positions with highly motivated individuals for our newest contracted venue, LIV nightclub. We are a fast growing company which will be solely responsible for promotions at the brand new nightclub at Fontainebleau Las Vegas !
Footfall LLC is a marketing and promotions company focused on driving guests into the venues that is works with.
The Promoter will be responsible for representing the nightlife/daylife venues in efforts of marketing and promoting all venue’s operation and special events to drive bodies to the venues.
- Competitive pay: $14/Hour + Commissions
- Must be able to work in both outdoor and indoor environments during all times of the year
- Must be able to work weekends/holidays and be open to both day and night shifts
- Must be able to stand for an 5 hour shift
- Must be highly motivated, outgoing, and demonstrate a positive attitude at all times
- Well organized and able to work under pressure
Nightlife/Sales/Customer Service experience is a plus but not required. All training necessary will be provided upon hire!
Essential Job Functions
- Maintain professionalism at the work place and with co-workers and patrons
- Alert and get approval for any and all breaks, leave of rotation or duties in which you cannot perform at the time they were assigned to you
- Maintain a consistent and high level of pass & guest list productivity
- Be attentive to all company related events and upcoming venues and changes
- Maintain and meet any and all marketing requirements such as guest list, contact information forms, post fliers to social media accounts
- Keep a proper and professional appearance and attitude
- Maintain and promote a friendly atmosphere for customers and staff
- Comply with added hours or time frame after scheduled shift as needed
- Provide customers with information and directions
- Appear in dress code for all shifts at your scheduled time
- Comply with cross promotion of all venues and when needed
- Create/maintain sense of goodwill and hype for driving revenue while reaching the maximum amount of possible patrons
- Avoid over distribution of company collateral to individuals and drops
- Not to give Company collateral to any questionable or known individuals who sell collateral or misrepresent the venues.
- Online promotions is an integral part of being an Promoter
- Related duties as assigned
- All Promoters are to meet their weekly quotas
Job Requirements
*High School Diploma (preferred, not required) *Valid Driver’s License
*21 Years of age or older
*Proof of eligibility to work in the United States *Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance
*Smart phone
*Guest relations
*High volume operations
*Successfully be able to pass a background check per the Nevada Gaming Control Board
*Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
