Are you an experienced Inside Sales or Customer Service professional who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and finding the right products and solutions?
We are looking for a self-motivated and customer-focused Inside Industrial Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Victoria, Texas.
Bearing, Seal & Hose experience is highly preferred, but we are also interested in individuals with strong customer service, sales, industrial, or distribution experience who are eager to learn and grow.

About the Position
As an Inside Industrial Sales / Customer Service Representative, you will play an important role in supporting our customers and outside sales team.
You will work closely with customers, outside sales representatives, purchasing, and suppliers to provide outstanding service, identify sales opportunities, and ensure orders are handled accurately and efficiently.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, sales-minded, and enjoys building lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide exceptional customer service and inside sales support.
· Handle incoming customer calls and inquiries regarding orders, returns, quotes, pricing, and product availability.
· Enter orders and process invoices accurately and efficiently.
· Confirm orders through phone, email, or fax.
· Coordinate daily shipments, product scheduling, and shipment confirmations.
· Research inventory and product availability and assist with expediting orders.
· Assist customers with special-order items, pricing, carriers, packaging, and shipping requirements.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional telephone and email communication.
· Identify new sales opportunities and communicate leads and potential business to the outside sales team.
· Work with purchasing and suppliers to help meet customer needs.
· Contribute to achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals.
· Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and increase customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED.
· Minimum of 3 years of successful customer service experience.
· Experience handling customer questions, requests, complaints, and problem-solving.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining a professional and helpful attitude.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
· Basic computer proficiency.
Preferred Experience:
· Bearing, Seal & Hose experience.
· Inside industrial sales experience.
· Industrial distribution experience.
· Power transmission product knowledge.
· Experience working with industrial customers and suppliers.
