Compensation: $48,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients, handling renewals, marketing accounts, and providing day-to-day service support. Remote and hybrid arrangements are possible for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete and issue certificates of insurance and respond to client requests in a timely manner
- Renew commercial accounts, including excess & surplus lines and agency-billed renewals, remarketing when necessary
- Handle day-to-day commercial service, including policy changes, endorsements, and filing claims
- Market and quote new and existing commercial accounts with multiple carriers
- Review coverage options and provide recommendations to clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system
- Communicate effectively with carriers, underwriters, and clients
- Assist producers in new business development and account rounding opportunities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial insurance (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of commercial lines coverages and policy structures
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office
