The ideal candidate will be professional, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. You must have a valid driver’s license, be willing to travel, have your own basic tools, and bring a strong work ethic to every project.

Compensation:
$18 - $26 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Complete tasks fully before moving on to the next job, or implement a temporary solution as needed.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and fellow team members.
- Arrive on time and adhere to project schedules, ensuring timely completion of work.
- Install, repair, and replace a variety of tile types and flooring materials, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Work independently or as part of a crew, depending on project needs.
Qualifications:-
Knowledge of general construction practices and details.
- Own and maintain basic tools required for tile installation.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools in a safe manner.
- Meticulous eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of tile installation techniques and methods.
