Overview
This position is for a professional residential cleaner who will represent our company as a W-2 employee. The role involves delivering high-quality standard, deep, and move-out cleanings. We require at least one year of professional cleaning experience, a valid driver’s license, and authorization to work in the U.S. Employees can use their own car with optional mileage reimbursement. Pay ranges from $19 to $35 per hour based on experience and performance. We offer steady weekday schedules, paid time off, and growth opportunities within the company. Responsibilities
- Perform standard, deep, and move-out cleanings.
- Follow company cleaning checklists, procedures, and quality standards.
- Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled appointments.
- Communicate professionally with clients, office staff, and team members.
- Maintain organization and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the scheduled timeframe while maintaining quality standards.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or unusual conditions in the home
- Adhere to safety guidelines and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
Skills & Qualifications
- Residential, janitorial, or custodial cleaning experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic cleaning practices and sanitation techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Ability to work efficiently, independently, and follow instructions
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive movements
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insured vehicle
- Must be comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and communication
- Must pass a background check
- Basic cooking or light household assistance is a plus (not required)
