Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA)
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN
Pay: $18.00–$35.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Flexible shifts available (Days, Evenings, Weekends, Holidays)
Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide exceptional in-home care to clients. As a member of our caregiving team, you will assist clients with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Remind clients to take medications as directed (no medication administration unless permitted by state regulations).
- Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or mental condition.
- Document care provided according to company policies.
- Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Current CNA license (preferred) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (required where applicable).
- Current CPR certification (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist clients with mobility.
