Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking an RHRP Maritime Liaison Officer to support our Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP).
The RHRP Maritime Liaison Officer serves as a key liaison between Leidos QTC Health Services’ RHRP leadership, the RHRP Program Office (PO), and Service Component (SC) points of contact. This role builds and maintains strong, collaborative relationships; facilitates effective communication; and coordinates activities across key stakeholders. The Liaison Officer also collects, analyzes, and prepares operational and financial reports to support informed decision-making, enhance program performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the numerous customers specific to Navy, Coast Guard and Marine Reserve components
- Attend RHRP PO and SC meetings to ensure the customer and RHRP leadership are kept abreast of concerns
- Proactively solve conflicts and address issues with the customer
- Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the business
- Participates in cross-functional team projects at all levels as assigned
- Participates in implementation of policies, procedures, goals and objectives
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Must be willing to travel as needed.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related field, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with military service components.
- Must be able to successfully pass contractually required Federal background check - National Agency Check w/ Inquires (NACI).
- Contract requires U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Common Access Card (CAC).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Maritime military experience preferred (Navy, Coast Guard, Marines)
- Experience in health related field working with medical professionals preferred.
- Military medical experience preferred.
Additional Info:
- Typical work week Monday–Friday and occasional weekends.
