Compensation: $50–$65 per billable hour (based on experience and performance)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one, high-quality physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedic and sports-related injuries.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and evidence-based practice.
- Educate and empower patients to take an active role in their recovery and long-term health.
- Actively seek feedback and participate in regular team learning sessions to continually improve clinical and communication skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Participate in community outreach, workshops, and educational events as needed.
- Contribute to clinic growth by building rapport and trust with patients, leading to word-of-mouth referrals.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Active Florida PT license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum 1–2 years of outpatient ortho/sports experience preferred.
- New grads with strong clinical rotations or athletic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for helping people achieve their lifestyle and activity goals.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow professionally.
- Experience in a cash-based setting is a plus, but not required.
