Part-Time Laborer needed, for campus in Stockbridge, MA.
We are looking for a hard-working, dependable person to join our maintenance staff. Must be able to work independently to complete various grounds keeping, janitorial and general maintenance assignments. The ideal candidate would be self-motivated; capable of working flexible hours as needed; have a positive attitude; be a team player, and have general knowledge and experience in a variety of maintenance/janitorial tasks. A valid driver’s license a must. Competitive wages.
Responsibilities:
- Janitorial duties: emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms
- Experience with zero-turn mowers preferred
- Weed whacking, hedge trimming
- Removal of brush/debris from grounds
- Plowing/sanding and shoveling of snow (seasonally)
