We’re hiring experienced bartenders to build a strong core team for the summer season and beyond. If you’re fast, guest-focused, consistent behind the bar, and thrive in a high-volume environment, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and dining guests
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide a memorable experience
- Make recommendations based on guest preferences and menu knowledge
- Mix, garnish, and execute cocktails with consistency and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar (prep, restock, replenish supplies)
- Follow all alcohol compliance, safety, and food & beverage regulations
- Work as part of a team in a fast-paced service environment
What We’re Looking For
- Bartending experience required (high-volume and/or upscale casual preferred)
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Positive attitude with excellent communication and people skills
- Able to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and move efficiently
- Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork
- Comfortable using POS systems / basic computer skills
- Second language and certifications are a plus
Schedule & Availability
- Flexible scheduling required, including weekends and some holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $200.00 - $400.00 per day
