Ambassador Health Omaha LTC Acute Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing Acute Rehabilitation team. If you are passionate about helping patients regain mobility, improve function, and achieve their highest level of independence, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions
- Improve patient strength, balance, mobility, and functional outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation team members
- Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Nebraska PT license or eligible for licensure
- Acute care, rehabilitation, LTACH, SNF, or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
