Full-Time | Mandatory On-Call Rotation
REACH Home Care is a fast-growing, locally owned home care agency serving the Tri-Cities. We are seeking a highly organized, operations-minded Care Coordinator / Scheduler who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and can manage real-time staffing demands with professionalism and urgency.
This is not an entry-level office position. This role requires operational maturity, critical thinking, and strong decision-making skills.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize caregiver schedules (50+ caregivers)
- Fill call-outs and open shifts in real time
- Lead daily staffing coordination efforts
- Support new client service start-ups
- Communicate clearly with caregivers and families
- Maintain accurate scheduling documentation
- Assist with billing documentation review
- Participate in a mandatory on-call rotation
You are the operational hub of the agency.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years scheduling experience (home care or healthcare preferred)
- HCA / CNA license required
- Proven ability to manage high-volume staffing needs
- Strong computer proficiency (scheduling software required)
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
- Professional communication skills
- Reliable and accountable
Preferred:
- AxisCare or similar system experience
- Knowledge of WA State HCA/CNA requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
Compensation (Tri-Cities Competitive Range)
Based on current Tri-Cities healthcare staffing wages:
- $22.00 – $26.00 per hour DOE
- Performance-based bonus potential

Top-tier candidates with strong healthcare scheduling experience may be considered at the higher end of the range.
