Seeking a great candidate for a Client Services/Spa Coordinator position to work 5 days per week (Mon-Fri) at Evolutions Medical & Day Spa in downtown Santa Barbara. Timing of shifts vary each day, but generally are either 8:15 - 5:15, 8:30 - 5:30, 10:00 - 7:00, or 11:00 - 8:00.
Job duties include helping the clinical side of our operation run smoothly by taking before and after pictures, applying numbing cream on clients, assisting with periodic procedures, etc., as well as answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and prepping client charts. After the completion of an internal training program for medical assisting, additional duties would be to administer basic vitamin injections and GLP-1 medications to clients under the supervision of Dr. Perkins.
Must be friendly, professional, responsible, outgoing, able to multi-task, familiar with computers, and interested in aesthetics. Background in medical assistant work a plus as is being bilingual (Spanish). Starting pay is $20.00/hour, plus additional cash incentives for product and membership sales that typically increase take home pay by $1.00 - $4.00 more per hour. Completion of the internal training program in medical assisting (an ~10 hour course) results in certification and adds an extra $2.00/hr to base salary. Further upside for excellent performance.
