The Nagler Group is actively recruiting for a Part-Time Marketing & Social Media Coordinator on behalf of a growing client based in Manchester, NH. Position Overview
The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives, social media content, and brand communications. This individual will play a key role in managing the company's online presence, creating engaging content, and supporting broader marketing efforts to drive visibility and audience growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others as needed
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community
- Support the development of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and digital content
- Assist with the creation of marketing materials including graphics, flyers, and promotional content
- Track and report on social media performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communications channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to support event promotion, product launches, and company announcements
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related role
- Proficiency with major social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar)
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite a plus
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar) preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay Rate: $22–$25 per hour, commensurate with experience
- Schedule: Part-time hours; specific schedule to be discussed during the interview process
- Location: Manchester, NH
