Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a lively and welcoming environment.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Manage beverage inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to enhance the guest experience.
- Handle food service responsibilities when needed, including preparing, cookingand serving food to customers.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders seamlessly during busy daytime hours.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in mixology, cocktail creation, wine knowledge, and craft beer.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions accurately.
- Previous restaurant or food service experience, would prefer a stand alone bartender.
- Knowledge of beverage recipe , spirits, and food safety procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management.
