V.I.P. Services Group is hiring now for our year round facility Yard position. We are a full outside services company providing maintenance and enhancements for our clientele. We can offer you an opportunity to learn, educate and grow through our organization.
-Manage a neat & clean yard
-Load construction guys in the moring
-Water all holding area plant material
-Empty yard garbage cans
-Pick up garbage & loose material in parking lot
-Manage landscape debris
-Receive orders or materials entering the yard
-Place name placards as new material arrives
-Unload deliveries
-Wash off and clean vehicles
-Inspect vehicles interior and exterior for cleanliness
-Maintain the 2 cycle tank
-Communicate when materials are running low for reordering
-Sweep parking lot with broom
-Weekly will clean interior front and back offices, hallways and bathrooms
The ideal yard candidate will have the following:
- Excellent organization skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid Driver License
- Existing 2-3 years front end loader experience
- Existing 2-3 years skid steer experience
- Ability to lift 75 lbs or greater
- Ability to work Monday-Friday and possible Saturdays during peak seasons
