Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC systems including split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, and ductwork.
- Replace existing HVAC equipment and perform new installations.
- Read and interpret installation plans and specifications.
- Ensure all installations meet local building codes and manufacturer requirements.
- Test, start up, and verify proper system operation.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete paperwork and job documentation accurately.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience preferred.
- EPA Certification (required).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
