General Contracting Assistant / Laborer
Job Type: Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)

About the Position
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking General Contracting Assistant to support our construction and project teams. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and is willing to jump in wherever needed to help keep projects moving forward.
No two days are the same. One day you may be delivering equipment to a job site, and the next you could be assisting with site preparation, operating machinery, or helping complete project punch lists.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and pick up equipment, materials, and supplies
- Safely pull and maneuver trailers
- Properly secure and tie down equipment and materials for transport
- Assist with job site setup and cleanup
- Support project crews with labor and general construction tasks
- Operate construction equipment and machinery (experience preferred)
- Learn new skills and equipment operation as needed
- Run errands and complete miscellaneous project-related tasks
- Help ensure projects stay on schedule and are completed efficiently
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely pull trailers and transport equipment
- Experience operating construction equipment is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn machinery operation and construction skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Flexible and willing to assist wherever needed
