Delaware Holiday Lights is seeking a motivated and dependable team member to join our installation crew. This position begins as a part-time role with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position within the next few months as our business continues to grow.
Whether you have experience in construction, landscaping, electrical work, roofing, holiday lighting, or simply have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Install permanent lighting systems on residential and commercial properties
- Install holiday lighting and seasonal décor
- Work on ladders and rooftops safely
- Assist with service calls and maintenance
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
- Represent our company professionally while interacting with customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, electrical work, or similar trades is a plus but not required

Schedule
