We have 3 locations: Pottstown, Exton and Phoenixville.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with intake procedures to ensure smooth clinic flow
- Prepare treatment rooms by ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness for chiropractic procedures
- Assist chiropractors during treatments
- Maintain detailed documentation of patient visits using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including medical history updates
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery outcomes
- Support administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling
Qualifications
- Prior experience in medical settings preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a clinical environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-focused
- Knowledge of medical terminology a plus
- Familiarity with EHR systems and medical administrative support functions to streamline clinic operations a plus
- Strong patient service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and compassionately in high-pressure environments
