Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Sales Director to lead our event sales initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and expanding our market presence through innovative marketing and technology-driven solutions. The Event Sales Director will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategies and ensuring exceptional customer service across all client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Grow our business through website and social media marketing.
- Sales of weddings and special events.
- Run a variety of Club Member events throughout the season.
- Maintain involvement in the Food and Beverage operation to support ala carte dining and concessions.
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts through effective business development and relationship management.
- Drive outside sales efforts by identifying new opportunities, prospecting potential clients, and closing deals.
- Oversee the management of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Represent the Club at Bridal shows to expand our wedding business

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
