We are a water-heater-focused plumbing company serving homeowners throughout Greater Boston. Our work consists primarily of residential water heater replacements, tankless water heater installations, and combi boiler replacements.
We're looking for an experienced, Massachusetts licensed plumber who can independently complete high-quality installations from start to finish.
Position
- Part-time W-2 employee
- Approximately 1–2 installations per week (workload may vary)
- Primarily weekday work
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- Ideal for a licensed plumber looking to earn additional income
Compensation
- Paid weekly via direct deposit every Friday
- Standard water heater replacements typically earn $600–$900
- Tankless water heaters and combi boiler replacements typically earn $1,300 or more, depending on the scope of work
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumbing License
- Extensive experience installing residential water heaters
- Ability to complete installations independently from arrival to final testing
- Plumbing van without another companies branding on it (company vehicle may be available in the future)
- Professional plumbing tools, including a ProPress system
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision

This position is focused exclusively on residential hot water systems. We handle the marketing, scheduling, customer communication, estimating, and material procurement so you can focus on delivering high-quality installations.
