Weekend Treatment Nurse (LVN/RN) – Wound Care Experience Required
Balboa Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for an experienced LVN or RN Treatment Nurse to join our team weekends only!

Position Details
- Position: Weekend Treatment Nurse
- License: Current California LVN or RN License
- Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays
- Location: San Diego, CA
Responsibilities
- Perform and document wound care treatments.
- Complete skin assessments and monitor wound healing.
- Follow physician orders and facility treatment protocols.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality resident care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with infection prevention and skin integrity initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current California LVN or RN license in good standing.
- Previous wound care/treatment nursing experience is REQUIRED.
- Skilled in wound assessment, dressing changes, and treatment documentation.
- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
