Further Details:
We have steady work for our Monday through Friday schedule. You would be installing new gutters and covers on residential and commercial properties. We provide state-of-the-art tools and equipment to get the job done; you will only need a tool belt and simple hand tools.

This position works out of our Alexandria, MN location.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and understanding the job estimates and needs,
- Responsible for inspecting, repairing and installing new gutters systems,
- Remove old gutters, and install new - following the homeowner’s plan,
- Resolve any issues on site and communicate with homeowners and/or contractor,
- Ensure every job is done the correctly and accurately,
- Follow all safety protocols,
- Report any job issues to the location manager and the office customer service manager,
- Know how to run our job operations software,
- Look and act professionally – following the Advantage code of conduct.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a driving record sufficient to operate company vehicles. Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds, stand on and work off ladders for long periods, and ability to work with arms and hands stretched over head for long periods.
- Possess a tool belt and basic hand tools. Everything else will be provided.
- Comfortable working in changing weather conditions, both in summer and winter.
- Comfortable working on rooftops and off of ladders at any height.
- Punctuality is required.
- Driven to provide excellent customer service, displaying a can-do attitude.
- Travel may be required, though it is typically infrequent.
Experience:
- Experience working off ladders, must be comfortable working at heights.
- Prior construction experience is great, but not required. Advantage Home Pros provides excellent training before going out to the field and while on the job.
