Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Valid licensure as a School Psychologist in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations, Functional Behavioral Assessments, and developing intervention strategies
- Solid understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
- Strong communication and consultation skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Proven ability to support diverse learners and address student needs with empathy and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct assessment, intervention, and counseling services to students
- Collaborate with educators and families to identify barriers to learning and recommend strategies for academic and social success
- Participate in the development, review, and implementation of IEPs and 504 plans
- Contribute expertise to building-level and district-wide initiatives, such as MTSS/PBIS
- Offer crisis intervention and support as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, reporting, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
