Regional Sales Manager

A growing manufacturer in the electronic components industry is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to develop new business, manage key accounts, and partner with engineering teams to provide customized solutions for customers in industries including aerospace, medical, robotics, and automotive.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and grow a territory through relationship-based sales
- Manage existing customer accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Meet with customers to understand technical needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with engineering and inside sales teams
- Travel throughout your territory to maintain and grow customer relationships
- Attend trade shows and industry events
- Prepare sales activity and customer reports
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Outside sales, account management, or business development experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Technical aptitude or manufacturing experience is highly preferred
- Ability to travel approximately 50%
