- Discovery + technical qualification alongside the AE.
- POC design + 4-6 week delivery with customer eng teams.
- Hand-off to the implementation pod that owns the deployment.
- Engineering background — you used to write the code that the customer's writing now.
- Comfort presenting to a 20-person panel including CTOs and DevOps leads.
- An opinion on RAG architectures that's earned from shipping them.
