About Post Acute Specialists – Florida
Post Acute Specialists – Florida provides telehealth specialty care for medically complex patients transitioning through post-acute care settings, including skilled nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, transitional care programs, and home-based recovery.
We are expanding our Pain Management service and seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to provide one-on-one telehealth consultations for patients throughout Florida.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced APPs seeking professional autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a productivity-based compensation model while delivering meaningful specialty care.
Compensation Model
This position operates on a production-based compensation structure tied directly to clinical activity.
Providers receive 40% of net collections attributable to professional services personally performed.

Schedule Flexibility
Clinical appointments are generally scheduled Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
You determine your preferred availability, and our scheduling team coordinates patient visits based on your schedule.
