Open Availability (weekend and holiday availability) is required.

Greet guests with a friendly attitude and provide outstanding customer service

Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system

Explain menu items, specials, and promotions

Suggest additional items and upsell when appropriate

Cook and prepare a variety of menu items using fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment
-
Prepare ingredients and portion food according to recipes and company standards
-
Ensure every order meets quality and presentation standards
-
Follow all sanitation, food safety, and health department guidelines
-
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, kitchen, and service area
-
Properly handle, store, label, and rotate food products
-
Stock food and supplies throughout your shift
-
Assist with food prep during slower periods

Complete opening, side work, and closing duties

Support fellow team members to ensure smooth operations

Follow all alcohol service procedures and applicable regulations

Maintain awareness of responsible beverage service standards

Previous food service, kitchen, or restaurant experience preferred

Ability to follow recipes, portion guides, and presentation standards

Ability to communicate effectively with managers and team members

Must maintain personal hygiene standards in accordance with Florida Health Department requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age

Ability to stand for extended periods

Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping

Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
