RestaurantDealers is seeking a confident and business-minded Restaurant Business Performance Consultant (RBPC) to meet directly with restaurant owners, identify opportunities to improve their businesses, and recommend solutions based on their needs.
What You'll Do
- Meet directly with restaurant owners for scheduled Business Performance Assessments
- Evaluate opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve efficiency
- Ask questions and identify challenges involving operations, marketing, customer engagement, labor, technology, and other areas of the business
- Recommend appropriate RestaurantDealers solutions based on the owner's needs
- Present solutions and convert qualified opportunities into new clients
- Maintain professional follow-up and accurate CRM records
- Build long-term relationships with restaurant owners
This Is Not Traditional Sales

You won't start every meeting by giving the same product presentation. You'll first understand the restaurant and identify where RestaurantDealers may be able to help.
Who We're Looking For
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confidence speaking directly with business owners
- Professional, persuasive, and relationship-oriented
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills
- Organized and disciplined with follow-up
- Comfortable with consultative B2B sales
- Any of the following experiences are preferred but not required :
Business Consulting experience, B2B Sales, Merchant Services, SaaS OR Restaurant experience is preferred
