Job Title: Assembly Operator
Pay Range: 22-24/per hour

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products efficiently and accurately, adhering to safety standards and quality protocols. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in factory environments, possess mechanical aptitude, and demonstrate a commitment to continuous process improvement. Responsibilities
- Assemble components and products following detailed production instructions and technical drawings
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments to ensure precise assembly
- Manage heavy lifting tasks safely while maintaining manual handling protocols
- Interpret manufacturing documents such as work orders, assembly instructions, and quality checklists
- Conduct quality inspections using measuring instruments to verify specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
- Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and manufacturing standards throughout all tasks
Requirements
- Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with assembly line operations
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and forklift operation (preferred)
- Experience with manufacturing management systems and production documentation
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently
- Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments, including lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced setting
