Monday-Friday schedule, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Phone-only call shared at just 1:10

Collaborative, mission-focused environment serving an appreciative patient population

Provide comprehensive primary care in a multi-specialty FQHC setting

Robust on-site services including:

Laboratory

Pharmacy

Nutrition services

Behavioral health

Case management

On-site vaccination services

Average patient volume of approximately 18 patients per day
