Help people rewrite the hardest chapters of their lives.
Recovery isn't a straight line, and the people walking it deserve a clinician who shows up with skill, heart, and steadiness. That's where you come in.
We're a mission-driven behavioral health team looking for a licensed therapist who's ready to do meaningful clinical work with real support behind them. You'll guide individuals and families through mental health and substance use challenges, helping them build coping skills, find footing, and move toward lasting change. Every session is a chance to make a difference that sticks.
What you'll actually do day to day
- Conduct intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and collaborative treatment planning
- Lead individual, group (as needed), and family sessions using approaches like CBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care
- Step in during crises to keep clients safe when it matters most
- Build personalized treatment plans grounded in best practices for behavioral health, addiction, and PTSD care
- Keep clean, HIPAA-compliant documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, clinical reports)
- Partner with physicians, case managers, and community providers to coordinate seamless care
- Contribute to quality-improvement and evidence-based practice efforts
What you bring
- Active Ohio licensure: LSW, LISW, LISW-S, LPC, LPCC, or LPCC-S (required)
- Experience in psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and behavioral health settings
- Solid grasp of clinical documentation, HIPAA, and diagnostic tools (ICD coding, intake procedures)
- Familiarity with addiction counseling and trauma-focused therapies
- Strong communication skills and genuine comfort connecting with diverse clients
- Calm, compassionate presence under pressure
Hospital, home, or community care experience is a plus, but your drive to help people heal matters most.
Why you'll want to stay
This is paid, supported, growth-oriented work in an environment that takes both clients and clinicians seriously. You'll have strong clinical backing, a collaborative team, and room to develop your career while doing work that genuinely changes lives.
A Bonus Worth Noting: We're an Approved STAR LRP Site
Got student loans? Let's lighten that load. As an approved site for the State Targeted Response (STAR) Loan Repayment Program, we can help eligible clinicians working in substance use disorder treatment qualify for student loan repayment assistance. It's our way of investing in the people who invest in our clients—so you can focus on your career and your impact, not your loan balance.
