Job Summary:
We are actively seeking a dynamic and ambitious Senior Accountant to strengthen our team. This role is ideal for someone who has 3-5 years of Accounting and Finance experience. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in financial auditing, possess a strong foundation in corporate finance, and have adept skills in managing journal entries. Candidates must have proficiency in Quick Books and Excel, pivot tables and should have a robust background in overseeing accounts receivable, executing account reconciliations, managing bank reconciliations, handling business taxes, and performing account analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with vendor partners to automate daily corporate accounting functions, including the generation of journal entries and the preparation of financial statements.
- Supervise accounts receivable processes and spearhead collections efforts.
- Perform comprehensive account and bank reconciliations.
- Utilize Excel for advanced financial analysis and forecasting to aid in executive decision-making using Pivot tables
- Lead financial audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- This position requires physical presence in the office in Holliston, MA from Monday to Friday.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel capabilities.
- Proven proficiency in financial auditing and in-depth knowledge of corporate accounting principles.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Effective at account analysis and reconciliation processes.
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
