We are looking for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping people, and being part of a growing business. This role has been incredibly important to our company, and after several great years with our current assistant, she's moving on to a new chapter. We're excited to find the next person to join our team.
We're a family-owned company that takes pride in doing quality work and treating people well. We build outdoor spaces all over the Texas Hill Country, and behind every successful project is someone in the office making sure the details don't get overlooked.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, likes checking things off a list, and gets satisfaction from helping a team stay organized and moving forward.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and sending customer invoices
- Assisting with purchasing materials and supplies
- Permitting
- Minor Communication with clients by email or phone
- Keeping project files and paperwork organized
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the office
- Pitching in wherever needed to help the team succeed
We'd love it if you have experience with:
- QuickBooks Online
- Microsoft Excel
- Cash flow reporting
- Budgeting
- Job costing
- Construction, landscaping, or a similar industry
