What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check‑in/check‑out experience
- Manage a multi‑line phone system and provide accurate, friendly assistance
- Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns with confidence and care
- Maintain accurate reservations, update guest profiles, and coordinate room assignments
- Complete night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions
- Offer local recommendations, hotel amenity information, and personalized support
- Follow hotel policies related to guest service, safety, and security
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred (front desk, guest services, or reservations)
- Strong customer service skills and a naturally friendly, approachable personality
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Experience with hotel management systems is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued
- Ability to perform night audit duties accurately during overnight shifts
