Sales Business Development (Account Manager)
Compensation: $45K base + commission & bonuses (expected $50–60K+)
Schedule: Mon–Fri 8–5, Saturday and evening hours may will be scheduled on a limited basis. closed Sunday
About the Role
A relationship‑driven inside sales position. You’ll grow a book of business, help clients plan projects, and support them with flooring, cabinets, and remodeling materials.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with trade professionals
- Reach out to new contractors and bring them into the program
- Assist with quotes, project planning, and closing deals
- Stay organized and manage your pipeline (CRM)

Preferred Background
