Duties

- Support the culinary team by preparing ingredients according to menu specifications and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas including countertops, sinks, storage spaces, and dining areas.
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of food items.
- Aid in setting up serving stations and assisting with meal distribution during service hours.

Skills
- Prior experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly desirable.
