Position Title: Residential / Clinical Program Manager
Reports to: Director of Residential Services
Location: Westminster, MA
Supervises: Direct Support Professionals and Team Leads
Education Requirements: Completed Bachelor's Degree Required

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the day- to- day operation and overall service delivery of the program by ensuring individuals maintain a clean, safe and healthy home environment.
2. Coordinate and oversee all case management related services for individuals in the program to include assisting individuals with managing activities of daily living, accessing community resources and coordination of medical and behavioral health appointments.
3. Coordinate regular weekly cleaning, grocery shopping, meal planning, wellness and recreational activities.
4. Provide oversight, clinical support and training to staff to ensure they successfully implement each individual’s wellness goals as noted in the Individual Service Plan.
5. Serves as liaison to Service Coordinators, Department of Developmental Services, other funding sources, vocational and/or day program sites, family members and other relevant parties.
6. Implement all behavior plans, ISP objectives, ADLs and recreational activities as designated by the Individual Service Plan.
7. Empower individuals to speak out for themselves, initiate ideas, and exercise choice about needed support. Provide normal developmental experiences by informing and encouraging individuals to participate in social and cultural activities in the community.
8. In conjunction with the recruitment team, hire, train, schedule, evaluate, and supervise program staff (Direct Support Professionals and Team Leads).
9. Conduct 1:1 supervision monthly, 90-day and annual reviews with Direct Support Professionals and Team Leads. Send written documentation to the HR Coordinator for the employee’s file.
10. Conduct monthly staff meetings and document minutes/upload to Sharepoint.
11. Ensure compliance with safe driving within the program. Follow the progressive discipline policy as outlined in the vehicle safety policy.
12. Ensure a minimum of 95% compliance of individual client files, Lauris documentation and employee training documentation.
13. Ensure payroll is reviewed for accuracy, approved and submitted to payroll by the required deadlines.
14. Coordinate relief staffing and/or coverage for the home when needed.
15. Conduct regular financial audits for individuals assigned to the program.
16. Develop and implement staff schedules that ensure adequate staffing aligns is available and aligns with the budgeted hours per week.
17. Promote client strengths, preferences and independence.
18. Provide on-call administrative coverage to the program and division on a rotating basis as noted on the on-call schedule.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field and four years’ of experience working in the human services field or Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field and two years of experience working in the human services field.
- Prior experience working with individuals with I/DD and behavioral health needs is required.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass an acceptable Criminal Records Check (CORI).
- Demonstrated ability to provide documentation and communication skills, as well as demonstrated organizational skills in an effective supportive manner.
- Demonstrated physical capacity to be able to pass and implement PABC training and holds.
- Ability to complete Medication Administration (MAP) training/certification.
- Ability to pass all mandatory trainings including but not limited to CPR/First Aid, Human Rights Officer, Fire Safety Officer, etc.
